I have a 1989 mercruiser 3.0L 130 hp. I don't have a service manual but was wondering what the maximum rpm for that engine is? I run at about 4000 wide open. It only goes 35 mph. I pull skiers and don't want to change the prop. Is this the best I can get out of it? Its an 18 foot fibergl*** hull regal
