Air conditoner blues

I am needing advice... my air conditioner runs continuously. In order to shut it off you have to do so at breaker box. The furnace fan will not shut off at set temperature. If you turn it off at the wall the outside unit continues to run. If you just turn outside unit off at breaker box turn the thermostat to off. In the heat of the day the furnace will kick on... blowing somewhat warm air. What is needed to solve this situtation. It's to hot to turn it off and on all the time, as running it continually causes it to freeze. Thanks

Sounds like you have a contactor that is stuck closed, have some one check it and possibly change it out.
Not 100% sure that's your problem but I'd check the contactor out first.
