A/C problem- PLS HELP!!

Our A/C is not cooling the house down. We have a heat pump/AC unit made by Lennox, it's 3 years old. The unit is running, but it's not cooling the house.
We left the AC off at night thinking it may be frozen, but it's still not working.
The HVAC guys that put it in are coming back, but they can't get here till tomorrow. Is there ANYTHING we can do to try to fix it ourselves before then?
My hubby says he's cleaned all the filters.
Aything? Anyone?

If the outdoor unit is on, yet there is no cooling, best to leave it off til a pro shows up.

The tech came out and unfortunately we're gonna be w/o AC for days, cause they need to order a part :wall:

Kinda makes you wonder how everyone got along without AC until that Carrier guy invented it.... :)
