Hello,

I had an issue with the condensation pump before, but took it apart and fixed it. Now, the issue is the water isn't reaching the pump. Underneath the coil, across from the filter/air intake, the water is falling like rain, and I'm having to shop vac it up every little bit. I loosened the black plastic hose/tube from the front underneath the coil, and got a lot of gunk out of it, but after reattaching, it stilll does the same thing. I can feel up underneath, and water is mostly coming down the front side, underneath some bottom I assume is where the condensation is supposed to collect?? I wanted to take the front metal cover off, but there are a couple of pipes/intakes there with pressure releases that would seem to prevent me from getting it off. If there are any suggestions/tips, I would greatly appreciate it. Cordially, trainwreck

Take the condensate line off like you did when you got the gunk out and shop-vac it from there a few times. Eventually you'll get it clean.
