1982toy4x4 carburated-surging till warm

Hey can anyone help me with a 1982 toy-4x4 truck carburated.This thing will start surging after its warmed up an parked for 10-15 minutes. Then after its completly warmed up it goes away. Then after it sits several minutes an restarted it comes back.Help........

Sounds like your choke could be stuck open, pull the air cleaner let it warm up and check the operation of the choke. It could be something as simple as oiling the hinges on the carb.
