Your dwelling protection is pretty low. If your home was destroyed by fire today you have to ask yourself could you replace the house you bougt for 330K for only 205K? Always need to insure for replacement value. Insurers use local construction costs, including material and labors, to est. amount of insurance coverage needed to cover the cost of rebuilding your home in the event of a covered total loss. Your agent may have based this low coverage on the mortgage amount not the replacement value. Better speak with him/her again and also get another quote. Check with whom ever you have your auto insurance with for discounts such as protective devices, claim free, age of home, having both home and auto etc. etc. Otherwise the amount of the premium sounds real low even for that amount of coverage you gave.

The dwelling protection does sound low. Definitely get replacement cost. The quote sounds good but did you shop around? It's a good idea to get at least 3 separate quotes and compare them.
