I need to do some minor touch up painting inside house & guess I didn't put top on can last time I used it, so contents are dried out. Can't read the instructions on label so wondering how to loosen up i.e. add water, etc. Any help appreciated--thanks..

You can throw it away and go get another can. Once it's dried, it's not coming back. If it could, everytime it rained, your exterior paint would wash off the house, and whenever your wall got wet, the paint would run off. Best bet is to buy another can of paint, and seal it real good this time :)

Ditto. :coffee:
If it hasn't all completely dried you may be able to pull or cut out what is dried and find some usable paint at the bottom of the can. If it is all dried ^ 'what they said' :)
