I have a second story deck, and I try to convert it to a sunroom under the deck. Now I have two questions to ask.
1. how to find a low cost, waterproof material to cover the deck floor (so no water will be leak to sunroom).
2. for sunroom itself, should I use some special floor, or just the vinyl (or carpet), I will not install the high power heater there.
Please give me some advice what I may able to put on.

Go with a system like Under Deck or Dry Below. (Search either of those on-line simply by adding ".com")

You make the call -- neither of those are "low cost", but they work. If you go with "low cost", chances are it won't work!!

Tile the floor. Neither carpet nor vinyl will do well with moisture or water.

It's a WHOLE lot cheaper to spend the $$ and do it right the first time than it is to tear it out and replace it!!!
