My Trane XE 900 outdoor unit started blowing 30A buss fuses. I changed the outdoor disconnect about three weeks ago and it started blowing them about once a week compared to daily. Now its back to daily. About a year and a half ago, I replaced the contactor. And it has worked fine up until I turned it on for the summer. When I turned it on this summer it froze up. The repairman said I had a leaking valve and all of my freon had nearly leaked out. I had the valve replaced and had it refilled and it started blowing fuses. I thought it could be the fan since I just replaced the contactor. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Call the tech back. He possibly overcharged it, but if it ran frozen up long you could have damaged the compressor.
