pretty much any kind of valance or curtain that you can use on a regular flat window can be used on a bay window. there is special hardware (rods) made for bays. look in the drapery hardware companies' catalogs or websites under "specialty rods". they have various "elbows" that connect the rods to follow your specific angles.
however, you might even be able to get away with just using 3 separate rods and mounting them about 1/2" apart. that's what i did on my bay window and it looks like one continuous rod. my valances are just gathered on the rods and the 3 of them are mounted with about 1/2" left in between them, but once the fabric was gathered on, they just touch & look like one long rod. i just used regular 2" continental rods.
but if you're wanting a decorative rod that will show, you'll need to look for the specialty hardware with elbows, unless you can hide the corners with the drapery.
