We have a Coleman Evcon III heat pump. The fan is barely blowing now and is not cooling the house at all.
We shut it off and left it off for 24 hours, but when we turned it back on, it still just barely blows. W have to put our hand right up on the registers to even feel any air at all. When it is on, we also hear water gurgling in the exchanger<?> up above. Can anyone at all help? We just cannot afford a repairman and it is in the upper 90's here in Kansas!

Just had the same problem last month. First, check the on filter for your return plenun. Second, you may need coolant in your system (the price for this service varies). Third, your fan in you attic units could be loaded up with lint and turning too slow. Fourth (and this is what happened with me), your expansion valve (or some other part) in your attic unit has gone out. This valve repair is expensive and generally not worth the cost of repair vice replacement of the entire unit. I had my 3 1/2 ton unit (both inside and outside) done for about $4,000. Not great news, but now I've got AC.

Like said 1st check your filter. Also go to your airhandler"where the filter probably is anyway" and see if there is any frost or ice build up on the copper lines going into the unit.
