We're remodeling a room in my parent's house while they're away on vacation. The walls are freshly painted - semi gloss. Now we want to put a border on and none of us have done this before. I have the border, what else do I need? Can you walk we through the steps from any wall prep I need to do to hanging the border. Thanks!!
