A urinal at my office has very little flow when flushed. Is there an easy adjustment I can make to increase the water flowing when flushed? Thanks for your replies.

Is this a commercial urinal with a large flush mechanism above the urinal? If so, at the end of the pipe that comes from the wall to feed the valve, there should be a chrome cap that you can unscrew. Under the cap is a slotted brass adjuster. Turn it counter-clockwise to allow more water into the urinal. Some places turn the flow rate down for noise reasons or if the drain cannot handle the full flow. Good luck.
