Elco 4" recessed low voltage lights.

Are they any good?

They are considerably cheaper than the others, and that makes me a little nervous. I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for", but there's always the exception...I'd like this to be one of those exceptions as these lights could save me a lot of money in my current remodel job.
