leaking and shifting basement walls

I need some information on what the problem or cost could be for this problem. We are looking to buy a 70 plus year old home with a basement. Very few around here so my husband and I are not familiar with the problem or corrections we would be looking at. The previous home inspection 6 months ago said leaking in three areas of walls and shifting noticed on two areas of exterior brick wall. One is where two of interior leaks are and one is outside of dining room. This is a walkout type basement. What are we looking at this is considered a fixer upper and so far we have offered almost half of the budget for the house. We plan on finishing out all 1500 of the basement for our two boys bedroom, bathroom and gameroom.

If we get the house and we do the corrections then we will be asking best ideas on how to plumb the bathroom.
