Hello:

Anyone ever use the "Grass Gator Load n' Cut fixed 4 line head" that replaces
the normal weed wacker bump-line feed head ?

It uses 4 discrete pre-cut lengths of line, rather than the spool.

Any good ?

Thanks,
Bob

Hello Bob!

I haven't used one, but I will say that I haven't found anything that I like better than a good bump head with a full spool of line.

I just installed one on my "Echo" trimmer. If it continues like it did this afternoon I'll never go back to a bump spool. I also cut my own inserts instead of buying them precut. Use the standard .095 line. Instructions read to cut them 12" in length. I tried mine at 16 and they worked perfect.
Actually spent more time trimming than "fiddling" with the spool.
