The blades same to be loose is any way they could be tighten ?

I moved your post here because Hints and Tricks is a "non-interactive" Forum and no answers can be given there.
You may be able to tighten the blades, depending on the Make and Model of your disposal. TURN OFF THE POWER BEFORE DOING ANY WORK ON IT. An examination as to how they are installed should show any securing hardware. Good luck.
