Bedroom Cost estimates in basement

Recently finished 2/3 of our basement, with lots of help from this site.

Now, interested in adding a bedroom and bathroom on the other side. My town requires egress window for a bedroom. Before I start this project, I am trying to get estimates for everything. Having a problem getting ball park costs for egress window and installation cost.. Does anyone have a rough idea at all?

I have 8ft ceiling basement with poured concrete. I can locate egress window where current standard basement window exists..

Any help would be appreciated..
