Toilets, Sinks, Showers, Tubs and Disposals - installing bathroom below sewer line

i recently finished parts of my basement and I am considering installing a bathroom ni the basement as well. The main sewer line is about 3 feet off the basement ground. For my washing machine we have a small pump that pumps the water up and out.
Is it possible to install the bathroom and would i need a new pump?
Or can the sewers be directed up to the sewer line?
just wondering if I can do it.

All plumbing systems are mostly gravity drained, anything at a lower elevation from the main line must be pumped.


You will need a sewer ejector setup to pump your new bathroom into your highwall drain.

I relocated my laundry sink at the basement and connected it to the "T" coming down straight from the kitchen sink.Now every time when I drain excessive amount of water from the kitchen sink,some of the water would backflow through the "T" and to my laundry sink.Also,laundry water spinoff from the washer was very slow draining through the same structure.What is the corrective measure?It looks like the main pipe is very much clogged up over the years.Any idea?Thank you.

I wonder what your solutions are for crap in the toilet being pushed up. A pump can't pump feces can it? It can possibly pump greywater from a washing machine, but feces?

Sewage ejector pumps are macerating so the pumps grinds the matter into a milk shake and sends it to its destination.
