Blinds, Shades and Shutters - 2inch wood blinds difficult to tilt AHRG!

I have a pair of 2 inch wood blinds that are VERY difficult to tilt open with the wand/rod. I often have to use both hands! I have taken them down and looked inside and I just cant figure out what to do about it. I feel like it is probably the cord somehow but I dont know.
Can anyone please help?!!! :confused:

Whos Blind is it ( what company ) if it is a box store product it is just par for the course. If it is a blind company product let me know which one and I can find you a number and you can contact them for new tilt.

Well, unfortunately I bought these second hand from my local paper many months ago so i have no way of determining what company they are from. Maybe thats why they were sold!! :) I didnt realize they were all different.
Oh well. I guess I will have to live with it for now.
