Every time there is a heavy rain, my toilet won't flush. I've had the septic tank cleaned out last year but it continues to happen. The bathtub drains fine and when I do laundry the toilet sometimes bubbles. Can anyone give me an idea why this is happening and what to do about it.

Have a licensed plumber/drain cleaner come out and inspect the piping and perform drain cleaning.
Once that is done if you can afford it have a camera inspection done on the piping to see if root intrusions or misaligned piping is causing the problem you are having. :thumbup:
