Well tank air lock?

When I turn my well pump on, it takes forever for it to reach about 30PSI. I have been told that the holding tank may be air locked.
How to I releive the airlock?

A little more info will help. Is this a jet pump or a submersible? Depth of well? Age of pump? Does the pressure eventually build up to the normal cut-off point? If it does, then does it hold presure or does it leak back? Tell us all you can and we may be able to help.
