dragging iron gate

My automatic iron gate drags on driveway as it nears the fully open position.
I thought there was an easy way to adjust that. There are large screws that attach gate to anchor post. Can I just turn those to lift the gate or must I call a pro?

The problem is either in the gate hinge, or the gate post. i don't know if the "large screws" that you are looking at are attaching screws or adjusting screws. Probably best to call a pro and have him or her come give it a look-see.
