Would appreciate some suggestions. I replaced the knob for the tub and shower. Now, when I push the knob in to stop the water flow, it forces the screw inside the knob to come forward. This causes the water to still flow. When I push the screw in, the water stops. I have tighened the screw down as hard as I can,but the screw still pushs out when I push the knob in. Any suggestions????? Thanks, Marty

What is the brand name of the faucet, and was it a OEM replacement part for the faucet?
The quality of the handle might have a great deal to do with this.
