Looking at building a 54 x 12 deck (10 foot off the ground) using Veranda decking with the Tiger Claw hidden fasteners. Would like to know if anybody has any complaints of issues with Veranda decking

Read the thread started by Hot Bacon regarding hiden fasteners in composite decking and you will begin to understand why Jay_Myself and I are both suggesting that you screw it down. You can get screws with full heads that will match (or very nearly match) the color of the decking. TrapEze and several other mfgrs. make them. Consider what your framing material as well when choosing a screw. If it's ACQ P.T. lumber that you will be screwing into, go with a stainless screw.
