We have just finished the drywalling phase of finishing our basement and noticed that there was a good deal of condensation on two of the pipes. (We have recently had very humid weather in our area.) Anyone know what we should do for this problem to prevent future ceiling from being damaged by dripping water? Thanks.

you can buy pipe insulation at your local BIG BOX store (home depot, etc)
just note the diameter of your pipe (1/2 inch or 3/4).
You may also want to count the number of "bends" in the pipes so you can buy the right amount of elbows for your situation.
The process is real easy. The pipe insulation is placed over the pipe and cinched together with the pre installed sticky tape. Works great!
