Furniture and Furnishings - New leather sofa with white filmy spots

Hello all,

My wife and I just purchased a new Natuzzi leather sofa. It was just delivered today (this morning) and at that time had no problems that we could see. Now, this evening, we have noticed two small areas on the front of the sofa that have smudges of white, slightly sticky film. They are not very visible, but at the right angle are quite obvious. As we just received the couch today, I can say with certainty that we did not spill anything or expose the couch to anything which might explain this.

My question is, is this a normal occurrence on the first day? Perhaps the finish being rubbed for the first time or something? Or should we immediately go to where we bought it and have them fix it?
