Want to covert attached garage to bedroom. Concrete slab floor has 2" slope back to front (towards overhead doors). What is best method to level new subfloor so that ceramic tile can be utilized as well as have the new flooring level???

Again, we do these on a regular basis. Set forms on the door openings, place expansion joint around the outside and pour concrete with fiber mesh in it. Pour wet to assist in leveling, use jitterbug then bull float as best you can. Then put a finish on it. With a little help, you can do it.
