The dog ate the wires!

The dog ate the wires to one side of the electric eyes on the 1/2 hp Craftsman opener, including the connector pin that goes into the eye. Now the door will open fine, but to close it I have to stand and hold the closer button until the door is all the way closed.

Is there a way to jump the eye wiring to get the door to work again? Or is there a replacement wiring harness that I can get? Thanks.

Unbolt the eye and take it to sears or radio shack to see if they will have a new connector for the eye that you can splice into the wires.
