I am stenciling on ceramic tiles to be used as a backsplash in my kitchen. The paint is acryllic. Can I seal it with a spray of some sort? What can I use?

are the tiles already installed on your backsplash? if not, they'll probably get trashed during the installation process from the scratchy grout.
painting on tiles is never a really durable thing to do, but as long as they're on a vertical surface, as opposed to horizontal, they shouldn't get much wear. so just be sure to not scrub them with anything abrasive, only use a soft cloth.
my sister in law sponge painted all of her tiled backsplash, just using regular latex paint, no sealer, and it looked great & held up well. but she was very gentle with it. so you probably don't need a clear coat of anything.

Aqua products makes a couple of products that would be useful. First, their primetch, primes the tiles and makes the paint adhere better (it really works, I did a dishwasher and a microwave and they withstand regular scrubbing). They also make various sealers which would ensure that your design withstands regular cleaning.
