After nail down floor installation on plywood sub floor, I will have two bathrooms with the tile that will be about 1 inch lower than wood floor and the kitchen with two entries without doors. I know that I can make custom transition peaces to cover the edge of wood floor and tile. I’m not sure though if it will look nice. Is it a too big of the difference to have transition peaces? Should the tile be replaced to make the floor even?

Standard 3/4" solid hardwood flooring reducers take you down to 1/4" level like vinyl. A custom 1" reducer would be only 1/4" greater transition.
