Morning,

I removed and cleaned up the carburetor on my Murry 8 hp riding mower and can't quite get the carb re adjusted properly. It runs good, but not like it should. I do not remember which is the low speed adjust and the high speed adjust. Can someone clue me in on how to properly readjust my carb?

Thanks
Grover :)

Model #'s....?
Kinda like going to NAPA and asking for an oil filter for a GMC with a V-6.....

You may or may not have a low speed mixture, high speed mixture.
High speed setting with the throttle at full, intitial setting of 1 1/2 turns out from lightly seated. Adjust out until the engine begins to slow or miss, turn in until the same then find the midpoint of the two settings.
Low speed is most likely just a stop for the throttle plate, adjust it after high speed is set.
