On for 1 min, off for 1 min, repeat

My home air conditioning is coming on for a minute or so and then shutting off. It does this again a few minutes later and repeats. The air coming out seems perfectly fine. It's cold and everything. Could this be a thermostate problem?

Cant say for sure , jump or tie together R--Y---G at the tstat. Unit should stay on if its in the tstat. If it goes off start looking at the condenser unit .
