My sister called me today and said that the office she rents has fumes, so much so that some of her employees have become sick. The floors were refinished about 3 months ago with a non-water based urethane. She thinks the fumes are from the finish. Is there any way to abate them???

Usually the fumes from floor finish are gone after a few days. After three months, I really would be surprised if there were any fumes left. Especially enough to make someone sick. I would look else where for the fumes.
