Air Handler Not Turning Off

The air handler on my evaporator does not turn off.
The unit is cooling ok. when the t-stat reaches the desired temperature
the compressor shuts off. What happens next is that the air handler keeps running. The only option I have is to power down the breaker for a couple of seconds, after it is reenergized all is back to normal. If anybody has a clue I appreciate your input.

Well when the blower stays on and the AC shuts off just hit the side of the unit hard with your hand.The blower should shut off. OR you can get a new fan relay for itand put it in.

I was a bit suspicious of the fan relay I guess I needed a some confirmation.
