I am currently in the market for a new shed (garage). I am going to turn the one that is attached to my house in to a room and so I need some more storage. I need some opinions on the following: Now, the shed (garage) that I want will be 12x24x11, 8' side wall, and steel garage door. It is prefab and built on site. With out a floor it is $3574 with standard floor its $3808 and with pressure treated floor its $4042.
1st question: Should I go with one of the wooden floors or concrete slab? Why? (do I need footers or not?) (Price for concrete slab?)
2nd question: What wooden floor should I go with and whats the difference between them?
3rd question: Do these prices seem reasonable or should I keep looking (these were the best prices that I have found).
