I have an existing concrete patio 10'x10' and I want to make another patio 25'x15'. Can I make on top of it or I have to remove the existing concrete patio?
If yes, is there any specific procedure to follow?

Thanks for your help.

The main problem you will have is the difference in settling between the pavers on the concrete patio and the pavers that are laid off the patio. You would have to bring the compacted base level with the concrete and in this case I would recommend using landscpe fabric over the entire area before screeding sand. This will minimize to some degree the telegraphing of the existing patio outline on the pavers. But be aware that any difference in height will be a trip hazzard.
