Installing condensor unit

hi,

I bought a new town home but did not get the ac from the builder as he was charging $3000 for 10 seer rating equipment. Now i want to get it installed and am looking for advice about where to buy and any contractors. The size of my unit is 1560 sq ft. It is a 2 sotrey building and the property is in bay area, ca.
Prw wiring for AC is already in place.
