Mark 100 Soft Minder Displays C5

My Culligan Mark 100 Soft Minder is on the fritz, please help!
I have unplugged the unit for 1 minute to reset time etc. but goes back to display of CS in about 5 minutes.

My Mark 100 is showing CS or C5. Can you tell me how to fix it?
