How can I get rid of aphids on a currant bush without damaging the fruit? Thanks

Hose them off. The ants will put them back tomorrow, hose them off again. You can use a spray bottle to develop a mist with some force to it to knock them off, if you don't want to use a water hose and nozzle.

Usually damage done to currants by aphids is cosmetic. Often spraying with soap and water solution is effective. There are insecticides for aphids. Make sure you spray underneath leaves, too.
