Greetings, I have applied for an received my EIN# from the IRS and have registered my name with the state. I will be doing wallboard work, painting, and some floor work and other handyman work for our local hospital on a very steady basis. They require me to carry 1Million in liability which is pretty standard. I have called over a dozen agents today and received quotes all over the place. Besides that they were telling me they could not sell it unless I was willing to purchase all other kinds of insurance that I do not need. I have no employees and have filed my # as sole proprietership. Any ideas on how to secure this insurance in a safe manner. Maybe some good links out there. Thanks in advance.
