What do i need to anchor shed to ground?
Shed is a 10 x 14 sitting on a gravel pad (per town ordinance)
It also says in the permit paperwork that the shed need to be anchored somehow (but it does not tell you how!)- and the town is no help.
What do I need to purchase to anchor to the ground?

Just what "anchored" means to your town depends on whether you live in hurricane or flood country, and just where the structure is situated. The lack of explicit instruction is your cue to apply common sense.

At minimum, it means the shed can't be dragged by any force without ploughing great ruts in the earth or being torn apart. A long bolt through the structure near each corner, extending down into 1' holes which you then pour cement into, should be sufficient.
