my dog has urinated on our ceramic tile a few times and i cant seem to get it off..any ideas?? thanks!

oh yeah, its stained on the grout part, not the actual tile. thanks.

Try an enzyme cleaner (available at pet stores), follow lable directions and cover the area with plastic wrap to slow evaporation. Give it time to work. Enzyme cleaners will break down organic stains.
