My neighbor is upgrading to a new shed and I was looking for one too. So I got his old shed and it was in pretty good condition. About 10-20% of the T-11 and studs could be replaced because of rot otherwise, it is in remarkable shap.

I was thinking of putting it in an area that is concrete up on deck blocks, then a 2X4 or 2X6 joists with PT treated plywood as a base. I saw some deck blocks with a + in them at the local big orange store that look like the joists might fit right in. Or should I just use cinder blocks? Can I use 2x4 as flooring joists in the deck blocks? Only big items will be snowblower and lawn mower. Or should I stick to 2x6 joists? Should I use one or two 3/4" PT flooring sheets? I would assume two would be sturdier but might be overkill.

My neighbor also had sealed the bottom of his because he had rabbits building under it and another neighbor got skunks under his. But both of theirs were on dirt/grass and this will be on concrete. Animals under it shouldn't be a problem (would they?).
