Hey:
I need help on how to estimate what to charge for stripping and waxing commercial floors. I know there are a ton of varibles, but need ssomeplace to start when estimating. Also, what is the advantage of using a wax that has 25% solids vs say 18% solids.
I am looking for a price per square foot to strip and finish with 4-5 coats of new finish.
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
Thanks and take care,
Dan

I think you're in the wrong forum - I hope you're not planning on doing this on tile flooring?

I was not too sure on which forum to put it in and no, I do not plan on putting it on tile floors.
Take care,
Dan
