Model number is 11020442990 Kenmore washer - not going to next cycle.
I'm helping out a lady next door who has a Kenmore washer. She says not matter which cycle she chooses, it fills with water, churns back and forth, but when it comes time to go to the next cycle, it does not drain or attempt to spin. I'm not sure which cycle comes first, I'm assuming the drain - which maybe leads to a clog? I'm trying to determine where the problem is so I can either replace parts, or determine our next move. She doesn't have much money, so I'm trying to help out. Any ideas or suggestions would be GREATLY appriciated. :D :wall:
