I have read all the other posts on this matter, but none of them seems to apply. I have a Ac unit only, not a heat pump, furnace, or anything else. And the filters are clean, the fan is spinning, the ductwork seems to be fine, however when the ac is turned on barely any cool air is coming from the vents. In some rooms the flow is stronger than others, but overall it is VERY weak. Please help as it is currently 94 w/ 90% humidity.

Is this a new problem or has it always been this way? Check where the ducts leave the main and see if any dampers have been choked down.

This is a new problem. It just started a few days ago when we first turned the unit on since the winter. What do you mean by checking the dampers to see if they are choked down??
THanks so much for replying
