I have a side by side Frigidaire fridge. It has a water and Ice dispenser - I am having trouble with the Ice dispenser. I have the button depressed for getting cubed ice to come out but when i put my glass underneath to catch the ice - It does the crushed ice. What would cause this? Any idea on how to fix it?

Is there any ice buildup where the cubes fall out of the freezer? I am not talking about the door. Open the freezer door and look for ice where the cubes come out.
