When I woke up this morn I saw that the condenser was still running and had bin all night. I checked the blower and it runs when its being called upon to. So Why isnt the condenser shutting off.

The blower is shutting off, but not the outdoor unit??
I would check and see if the contactor is stuck.
TURN OFF POWER at the outside unit, and undo the low voltage wire on the contactor coil and see if it let go.. If it don't then it may need to be cleaned or replaced.
