We have a Sears Craftsman garage that was being activated by the neighbor's remote controls, so we attempted to "change" the code. We initially pushed all three buttons on the remote, and apparently lost the original code. Now, when we push the large button on the remote, it "clicks", but the motor no longer engages. We have repeatedly tied to push the "learn button", along with the large button on the remote, but nothing is happeing, the system still "clicks" but the motor won't turn.
Any suggestions?

try pushing and hold the learn button on side of the motor for 30 sec.
